Matthews and Robin, the gastro-duo are back in town!
Chef Luke Matthews, Culinary Lead at Overends Kitchen, on Airfield Estate invites ‘pesce’ food fans to join him on a culinary Coastal journey with Chef Robin Gill (London’s The Dairy, The Manor, Paradise Garage, Counter Culture).
This unique dining event will take place on Saturday March 3rd in Overends Kitchen at our 38-acre urban food and farm destination in Dundrum, Dublin.
Tickets are €85 per person for an evening which will feature a bountiful, eco-conscious 6-course menu using sustainable, lesser known seafood, seasonal produce and locally sourced, rarely highlighted ingredients.
Diners can choose from three sittings – 7.30pm, 8.00pm and 8.15pm.
Fire & Grill – Gill, Matthews & Noonan
Demonstration followed by lunch
On Sunday 4th March Robin Gill and Luke Matthews in conjunction with Andy Noonan will host a Fire and Grill demonstration lunch in our food gardens. This will be a dynamic and inventive afternoon where there will be outdoor cooking and eating on the hoof over a grill with the buzz of outdoor cooking.
Enjoy this experience from 12pm – 2pm with a welcome drink and lunch included this is a perfect Sunday for those who love the drama and buzz of outdoor cooking.
