Fermentation Masterclass with Luke Matthews
Luke Matthews, the Culinary Lead at Overends Kitchen will host a Fermentation Masterclass on Thursday, September 20th
Throughout the masterclass, Luke will show you the processes and approach he takes in the preservation and fermentation of seasonal ingredients from our farm and garden.
This will be an inspiring, straight-talking demonstration about how every harvest can provide produce for immediate use but also produce that can be preserved in a natural way so they can be enjoyed throughout the year.
There will be colourful jars of fermented goodness to taste on the day.
