Robin Gill at Airfield

Chef Robin Gill will host a Fermentation Master class for the modern household on Sunday September 24thwhere he will bring guests through the processes and approach he takes in the preservation and fermentation of seasonal ingredients. This will be an inspiring, straight talking demonstration on how every harvest can provide produce for immediate use but also produce that can be preserved in a natural way so they can be enjoyed throughout the year. There will be plenty colorful jars of fermented goodness to taste on the day.
