Mindfulness & Yoga
Sinead O’Connor from Hush Yoga will guide you through the yoga and mindfulness workshop to access and develop the natural skills of your mind. During this workshop participants will deepen and refine their understanding of the relationship of mind and body for health, healing, and well-being and practice some of their newly learnt skills.
