Young Chefs Series
Our cookery classes for 8-12 year olds run once a month and during mid terms and holidays with seasonal menus such as “All you knead is love (Bread and cake making)” at Easter and Traditional Irish classics during St. Patricks weekend. Children will explore our food gardens and harvest their own ingredients for the different dishes they produce. Classes will be led by our education and bakery team in a relaxed and fun environment where children will be encouraged to ask questions.
Children will see the process of food from farm to fork and get hands on, learning kitchen safety with correct utensil care. They will soon getting creative in the kitchen preparing delicious healthy meals that they can recreate at home.
Workshops are €21 per child and €19 for members
A portion of the class will be spent outside so please make sure to bring a jacket
