Baking Skills: Pastry (Pies & Tarts)


    Looking for a way to spend your Saturday? Join our team, lead by Chef Lisa, in the Neff Inspiration Kitchen for a masterclass in from-scratch pies and tarts. We'll cover three basic types of pastry: rough puff, shortcrust, and hot water crust, on our way to making a savoury onion tart, a squash and sausage pie, and a seasonal fruit tart. Your ticket for this event also includes a light lunch of seasonal soup using ingredients from Airfield Estate's farm and gardens.
