Denis Cotter pop up dinner (Sold Out)
Overends Kitchen is happy to present a pop-up dinner with Dennis Cotter on July 22nd. Due to popular demand, we have added a second date of Friday 26th August 2022 . Denis will be creating another delicious 5 course menu around the harvest from the farm matched with wine pairings from Le Caveau.
As founder of Paradiso restaurant in Cork, Ireland, and author of four cookbooks, Denis Cotter is recognised as the creator of a highly acclaimed, original, and unique style of meat-free cuisine. He has won awards for his restaurant and his writing, both of which reflect a recognition of his cuisine’s relevance to more than a vegetarian audience.
The dinner will consist of a 5-course tasting menu, showcasing the very best seasonal produce from Airfields Gardens. This specially curated menu will kick off at 7 pm with a custom cocktail to welcome you in, highlighting the flavours of the Estate.
Denis will present each course at the table, and organic, biodynamic, and natural wine pairings have been designed by our sommelier in partnership with Le Caveau.
