    Fermentation is high on the trend stakes, and so it should be as fermented products have many excellent benefits such as healthy digestion, improved immunity and balanced hormones.

    During this workshop, we will introduce you to methods of fermentation, the fermentation process, the nutritional content of fermented products as well as creating great-tasting drinks such as kombucha and Ginger Beer.

    There will be a maximum of 10 participants on the class and there will be 2m distance between groups/participants.

    You can wear your own face covers if you wish but we will also provide masks.
