Enjoy a two-hour online session learning how to ferment at home. During this class, the tutor will cover kimchi, sauerkraut and beer pickled onions. There will also be a hands-on practical element, making sauerkraut, packing it and storing to be ready to eat in a couple of weeks!BOOK NOW
This will be followed by a demo in kimchi-making, and a quick recipe for our favourite beer pickled onions. This is an introductory-level fermentation course.
