Come and learn how to take the stress out of Christmas cooking with these tasty side dishes that can be made in advance. This workshop will be a mix of demos and hands-on cooking. During the class, you will learn how to make the perfect roasties, both meat and vegetarian stuffing, perfect roast parsnips and brussels sprouts with chestnuts. We’ll finish with a modern take on the classic Christmas trifle.
