    Meet Fiona Falconer the inspiration behind the innovation, multi award-winning Irish company producing Artisan Foods, gifts & hampers made from Ireland’s native, seasonal and wild ingredients, Wild About Food.

    Their amazing assortment of Artisan chutneys and relishes, jams and preserves, raw honey, dessert and cocktail syrups, seasoning bases, salad dressings, extra virgin rapeseed oil and wild raw pesto’s are made fresh, in small hand-batches, from ingredients foraged from the wild, grown in their very own permaculture gardens or sourced locally in Co. Wexford, Ireland.

    Their range changes throughout the year, as we take the best of the seasonal harvests, at the peak of their freshness and they specialize in native Irish Wild ingredients like hips, sloes, berries, haws, nettles and wild garlic.

    You now have an opportunity to forage with Fiona in person on the vast and expansive grounds of Marlay Park returning to Airfield Estate Cookery School where depending on the forage, Fiona will prepare Rosehip Soap / Shampoo or Elderberry syrup.
