If you getting tired of cooking the same repertoire of recipes for your friends and family, this is the course for you. Over four weeks, our chef will guide the group through a series of creative recipes using classic techniques that you'll be able to apply across the kitchen.
We'll start by reimagining a family favourite: chicken and spuds! You'll learn two new ways to harness this grocery list staples to create super flavourful meals. We'll then cover how to make some of your favourite takeaway dishes at home. Third, we'll tackle seafood with fish pie and fish cakes on the menu. And finally, we'll cover a few recipes that will convince you to pick up Meatless Mondays in your kitchen: shepherdless pie and a veggie chili.
