Introduction To Fermentation

    During this hands-on workshop you will learn some of the basics of fermentation and have the opportunity to make some sauerkraut and kimchi to take home. You will learn how to safely sterilise jars and the difference between salting and brining. Please bring two clean jam jars or Kilner jars with you so that you can take home your fermented vegetables.
