Knife Skills Introduction
If you'd like to sharpen your knife skills and learn the difference between julienne and brunoise this is the class for you!
After a discussion on the different methods of cutting and the purpose of different knives, you will have the chance to put this into practice as you make fish en papillote and vegetable soup. A list of ingredients and recipes will be provided in advance.
