Nose to Tail Butchery Masterclass


    A hands-on demonstration by master butcher Rick Higgins from Higgins Butchers. He’ll be showcasing a selection of cuts and focusing on the forgotten and often cheaper cuts of lamb. Luke Matthews, Airfield Estate’s Culinary Lead will be joining the class to showcase a selection of recipes and knife skills and you’ll also get tasters of what he prepares throughout the evening.
