Soup as the Main Event


    The focus of this class will be a quick, easy restorative soup that showcases the autumn harvest.

    The class will cover the importance of layering flavours. We will be making root vegetable minestrone with pesto and a Moroccan red lentil soup. To accompany the soup you will learn how to make a quick flatbread. You will take home two pots of your soup and a recipe pack.
