Supper Club Series: Isobel Farrelly & Surya Davies

    Come November our Supper Club Series will feature a farm-to-fork meal crafted by Isobel Farrelly, produced in collaboration with Surya Davies, Head of Sustainable Food Production at Airfield Estate.

    While the two collaborate regularly in producing the delicious everyday food in Overends Kitchen, this special evening will feature the food in new ways.

    Over four courses, plus a welcome drink and snacks, guests will be invited to learn more about the work being done by the team at Airfield Estate. Tickets are priced at €75 per person, or €115 with wine pairings.

    Isobel Farrelly is Head Chef at Overends Kitchen at Airfield Estate, which is part of the Gather and Gather Ireland network. Prior to joining Gather and Gather, Isobel was Head Chef at Tiller & Grain. Previous positions that Isobel held included Senior Sous Chef at Rathsallagh House and Sous Chef at Forest and Marcy.

    As the Head of Sustainable Food Production for Airfield Estate Dublin, Surya Davies plays a pivotal role in supporting our ambition to to be a sustainable food hub in a world-leading sustainable food city. His work helps to pave the way for a more sustainable and resilient food system and passion for habitat preservation fuels his efforts to create harmonious environments that embrace biodiversity and ecological balance.
