Sustainable Seafood Demo


    Have you ever wondered which fish are most sustainable? This demo will provide you with lots of information about the best fish to eat both for us and the ocean. It will cover how to clean and prepare mussels, tasty hake fish and how to make the best of fresh and smoked mackerel. You will get to sample some of the dishes and take home a full recipe pack.
