NEW – Teen Chef Cook-Along At Home


    Get your teens (12 - 17) cooking with Chef Lisa Davies in this four week cook-along class! Lisa will bring your teens through the skills and processes necessary to create healthy and tasty meals.

    Classes are online at 5 pm every Tuesday (for 1hr) and will result a meal for the whole family that evening! Kitchen safety and basic knife skills will also be covered in the class.

    On the menu:

    Week 1: Tacos and Salsa

    Make this colourful Mexican fast food which is also delicious and healthy. We will make an authentic salsa and lime sour cream as the perfect accompaniments.

    Week 2: Thai Red Curry

    Make a Thai curry and learn how to balance the spices to get an authentic flavour. Served with fragrant jasmine rice, this is a delicious dish to have in your repertoire.

    Week 3: Sticky Orange Stir -Fry Noodles

    Learn how to make a Chinese medley of vegetable and noodles. This healthy dish is packed with depth of flavour and full of goodness.

    Week 4: Fragrant Korma

    Learn how to make a proper fragrant chicken or vegetarian korma with clean, balanced flavours, served with delicious fluffy pilau rice.

    Classes run every Tuesday at 5 to 6 pm for 4 weeks beginning 7th July 2020.

    This is an online course where participants supply their own equipment and ingredients and attend the workshop over Zoom Webinar.
