Teen Cooking Camp

    In this immersive and hands-on camp the young chefs will be taught some knife skills, kitchen safety and teamwork. Every day they will make your own lunch - each day you will make a savoury dish and a sweet treat.

    This course aims to help teens understand better where our food comes from - with visits to the hens, cows and vegetable gardens during the week. The last day will culminate in a cupcake baking challenge.

    Sample menu - subject to change

    Day 1 - Empanadas and mini meringues. (5 day camp only)

    Day 2 - Pasta with marinara sauce and chocolate chip cookies

    Day 3 - Curry, flatbreads and coconut macaroons

    Day 4 - Vegetable soup and bread rolls, mini fruit pies

    Day 5 - Stir fry and cupcake bake-off challenge


    Dates: 12th - 15th July (4 days) or 18th - 22nd July (5 days)

    Time: 9:30 am - 1:30 pm daily

    4 Day Camp: €225/ €205 for annual pass holders.

    5 Day Camp: €275/ €250 for annual pass holders.
