Growing Wellness

Growing Wellness’ is an 8-week gardening programme that offers an opportunity for social interaction through gardening. It will benefit people who are finding it difficult to re-engage and are experiencing isolation, following Covid-19.

Airfield Estate has created the programme in partnership with Aventine Gardens in Foxrock. The course is funded by a grant from Community Foundation Ireland.

It’s important that anyone applying for the course who requires assistance or additional support have a carer/support worker with them. We would hope that if registered, all 8 sessions would be attended.

Aventine Gardens, Brighton Road, Foxrock. (Please note the entrance to Aventine Gardens is located on Tresillian, just off Brighton Road.)

    Group 1: Thursdays from 8th September at 10 am - 12 pm

    Group 2: Fridays from 9th September at 10 am - 12 pm

    Group 3: Fridays from 9th September at 2 pm - 4 pm
