Meet The Maker 1/2 Day Experience


    A truly immersive and one a kind half-day weekend food experience at the award-winning Airfield Estate.

    Kicking off at 9.30 am over a signature Airfield coffee and a homemade scone from the Estate bakery, you’ll be met by a member of the culinary team and given an introduction to the farm to fork philosophy at Airfield Estate.

    A guided food trail of the 38-acre Estate including egg collection, an insight into the organic food gardens and Jersey herd milking and tasting will wrap up at 2.30 pm when you’ll take part in a masterclass in traditional Irish bread making.

    As your bread bakes, you’ll harvest fresh herbs from the vegetable garden and make your own infused butter.

    A long-table, communal lunch will be served up in the Inspiration Kitchen with menu items freshly harvested from the 38-acre Estate and all paired with a local botanical beer or wine.
