Baking Workshop: Make Your Own Ploughman’s

In this three hour workshop you’ll learn how to make the key building blocks of a delicious ploughman’s board from scratch: cheese, chutney, and bread.

We’ll start with making ricotta cheese, then learn to use the whey for bread for a zero waste duo. We’ll finish off by making a delicious chutney to go with it using ingredients from our garden.
