Date Night Cooking

Celebrate date night differently at the Neff Inspiration Kitchen at Airfield Estate. Join us to cook a delicious three course meal with your date, and then enjoy the meal in the casual, social atmosphere. Each month, we’ll embark on a culinary adventure inspired by different regions, eras, or themes to create a meal, and experience, worth remembering.

Open to you and your best friend or you and your partner, you can feel free to bring along your favourite beverages to accompany the meal to really complete the night out experience. Take home a recipe pack to relive the magic and recreate these mouthwatering dishes at home.

Plant-Based Date Night
Thursday, 25th April | 6:30 – 9:30

Curious about plant-based cooking, or follow a plant-based diet and been waiting for a class to join? This Date Night will feature a buttery Rosemary and Bean Dip on Crostini, following by Sweet Potato Curry and finishing with Chocolate and Olive Oil Mousse.

1980’s Classics
Thursday, 23rd May | 6:30 – 9:30

This Date Night, we’ll take a trip back to some of the classics of the 1980s – but with a modern twist. Enjoy classic prawn cocktail, duck breast à l’orange, and we’ll finish with a crème brûlée.

Summer Fish Supper
Thursday, 20th June | 6:30 – 9:30

We’ll kick off the proper summer months with a seafood feast. Beginning with mussels in cider, followed by pan-fried salmon with lemon chive sauce, and we’ll finish with rhubarb or strawberry fool – depending on what the garden has for us.
