  The AIB Community €1 Million Fund is now open, and we need your support!

  This initiative allows members of the public to nominate local charities they care about. With your help, Airfield Estate could receive up to €20,000 in funding.

  Airfield Estate is more than a farm in the city - we’re a hub for food education, biodiversity and social impact. With your nomination, you’re helping us to deliver:

  • Increased Inclusivity: Supporting our employment programme offering work experience to those with intellectual disabilities. We are developing a set of resources to make Airfield Estate more accessible to those with additional needs such as a sensory room and a specific tour.
  • Food Education for All: From school tours to adult workshops, we make learning about food, farming, and sustainability fun and accessible.  We work with schools, charities, and local groups to ensure everyone has access to food education, regardless of background.
  • Climate & Biodiversity Action: As a farm and vital green space, Airfield teaches people how to live more sustainably and care for our shared environment. We are on a mission to be the home of food sustainability in Dublin.
