Meal Prep Mondays: Active Retired
Designed especially for older folks, this class is meant to provide a bit of inspiration in the kitchen and a chance connection with a community. Each month, we’ll host this 2 hour session where Chef Lisa will guide the group through making a delicious and balanced meal from scratch, which can then be packed up to take home for the rest of the week. Recipe packets will also be handed out, which will include suggestions for adapting the recipes to make again and again.

8th January: Granary Bread & Seasonal Squash Soup
19th February: Simple Curry & Homemade Naan Bread
4th March: Pastry Pot Pies
8th April: Sweet ‘n’ Sour & Stir Fry
20th May: Bread Rolls & Minestrone Soup
10th June: Roasted Tomato & Basil Tart with Cous Cous Salad
Coffee and tea will be provided at the beginning of each class.
